Location: the hotel was just off both restaurants, a secluded beach and beautiful gardens and pings. In Wood House, located nearby I had Thai meals. It was fabulous, clean and with a balcony.

The units are new-fashioned, spotless. The hotel provided an attentive customer service during our holiday.

The breakfasts offered at this place are exceptional, featuring various yoghurts and fresh fruits, complemented by its tranquil bay location.

I was here for 4 days and will be back. Overall clean, family-friendly hotel, I loved large and fashionable rooms and best staff. Had outstanding and excellent breakfasts with fabulous view.

The location was excellent and we were near restaurants and bars.

The service was absolutely exceptional! The room was large and huge and big with balcony when I arrived. I got great and splendid breakfast with pastries, mini coconut Thai pancakes, amazing selections.

All aspects of the hotel exceeded expectations, leaving nothing to be desired.

The spot where this hotel is located is amazing and stunning, right beside a peaceful beach. the room was super nice, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on clouds, so comfy! the staff here are always friendly and ready to help, it's really welcoming. 😊

Charming, spacious villa suites. Great tropical feel/ landscaping all thru; attention to detail; excellent service and friendly staff. The infinity pool and the secluded beach are great as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

I ate at a good restaurant which serves breakfast. It had stunning views of the Beach and Sea. The location turned out to be nice and unbeatable. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Koh Samui.

The hotel is set in a stunning tropical garden by a private beach. Breakfast buffet is splendid, staff is friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities are top-notch.

Beautiful setting, incredible infinity pool, lovely pool/bar/beach areas, amazing restaurant and bar staff, great massage offerings, free hire of water sports equipment.

We were caught up at the resort during the flood disaster the last few weeks. I would like to recommend the staff and hotel for its assistance and facilities during this trying time. They were one of a few resorts which had a working generator and due to its raised location we were pretty dry and all facilities still functioned. Quite a few tourists from other resorts or private villas came over to the Melati for safety. Excellent job to Ivan and his team, they made this natural disaster bearable!
